No experience? No problem! We provide full training and are looking for kind, honest, and dedicated individuals who want to build a rewarding career in care.
☀️ Morning-Focused, Flexible Hours to Suit Your Lifestyle
We offer anything from 5 – 25 hours per week with flexible shift patterns, including mornings, evenings, and alternate weekends to help maintain consistent, high-quality care for our clients.
We cover Dacorum including:
Hemel Hempstead, Tring, Berkhamsted, Chesham, Kings Langley, Chorleywood, Bovingdon, and Princes Risborough.

Your Role as a Care Assistant
You will help clients start their day positively while supporting their independence and wellbeing.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting morning routines such as grooming, dressing, and personal care
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Encouraging hobbies and meaningful activities
- Supporting mobility and safe movement around the home
- Preparing meals, medication reminders, and daily living support
- Light housekeeping – tidying, laundry, bed making, cleaning, and household help
- Running essential errands such as shopping and prescription collection
Each client visit lasts at least 1 hour
, giving you time to provide truly meaningful care.
About You
- Treat clients with dignity, kindness, and respect
- Have great communication skills
- Are punctual, reliable, and positive in attitude
- Have a full right to work in the UK
- Have access to their own vehicle
Previous care experience is not essential — your compassion and personality matter most!
