Pay: £16.32 per hour weekdays & £17.32 per hour weekends

Shift Times: 7.30am to 2.30pm/2.30pm to 9.30pm
- Weekdays and alternative Weekends

We are seeking a Senior Care Assistant to join our welcoming team at Mountbatten Lodge Care Home in Hemel Hempstead

As a Senior
Care Assistant, you will lead with compassion, inspire the team and make a real difference every day. Turn your passion for care into leadership and help create exceptional moments for residents every day.

• Essential to hold a Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care.
• Desirable to hold a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (Or willingness to work towards).
• You must have substantial experience of working with older people in a residential care setting and a real passion for leading and delivering outstanding care to our residents.

• Taking a leadership role on a designated unit.
• Reviewing and updating care plans.
• Giving personal care to residents.
• Administering medication and ensuring that social activities are provided during each shift
