• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 3 years’ progressive HR experience, with demonstrable exposure to compensation and benefits
• Strong understanding of compensation frameworks, salary benchmarking, and benefits administration
  
  Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting

• Solid understanding of employment legislation and HR compliance
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to research, analyse information, and present clear, practical insights
• Comfortable working across multiple HR work streams simultaneously
