Up to £35,000 basic DOE + Uncapped Commission OTE £65,000 - £85,000

Are you an experienced recruitment consultant looking to make your mark in construction recruitment? We're seeking a driven professional to join our thriving construction recruitment agency in Hemel Hempstead.

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for developing and managing client relationships across Hertfordshire and Essex while building a reliable pool of skilled construction contractors. This is a 360-degree role where you'll handle both business development and candidate management.

Your days will be dynamic and varied, including :

• Developing new business relationships with construction firms across the region
• Managing and growing existing client accounts
• Sourcing and screening qualified construction contractors
• Maintaining strong relationships with temporary workers
• Ensuring compliance with construction industry regulations
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process

We're looking for someone who brings :

• Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within construction or industrial sectors
• A track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
• Strong business development skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships
• Experience managing temporary work forces
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• A valid driving license and willingness to travel across the territory
