The Role:
As a Recruitment Researcher, you'll play a key role in supporting our recruitment consultants by identifying and engaging with potential candidates. This is a non-sales role with no prior knowledge of finance, accounting, or recruitment required - just a passion for helping people and excellent written English skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Outreach: Use Linked In to send professional and engaging messages to potential candidates, inviting them to schedule a call with one of our recruitment consultants.Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and arrange call times between candidates and recruiters, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.Research & Sourcing: Assist in identifying and researching potential candidates to build a pipeline of talent for our recruitment team.Administrative Support: Maintain candidate records and ensure all communication is tracked accurately.Team Collaboration: Work closely with our recruitment team to support their activities and contribute to the overall success of the business.What We're Looking For:
Excellent written English with strong communication skills.A proactive and organised approach to work.Basic familiarity with Linked In (training will be provided).Comfortable working in a hybrid environment, with part-time hours spent in our Hemel Hempstead office.No prior experience in recruitment, finance, or accounting is needed - just a willingness to learn and support our team.What We Offer:
