Previous experience working in Logistics recruitment - essential Nexus Peopleare looking for a reliable and proactive On-Site Coordinator to join our recruitment team at Magna Park, Lutterworth. This is a hands-on role working directly with our clients and temporary workforce, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations on site. Working asan On-site Recruitment Consultant:
Dealing with all aspects of Recruitment, from attraction to onboarding Managing interviews & assessments and proactively maintaining a pool of available candidates Completing all compliance & referencing checks, in line with company policy Remaining aware of local area competition, fluctuations in pay rates, and changes tocandidate activity Providing supply reports when required/requested The suitable candidate will have the ability to work in a busy environment and will be able to multi-task and juggle a number of different projects all  Working Hours of an On-site Consultant:
Working Sunday to Wednesday 12:00 - 22:00 We are looking for people with a recruitment background who understand the requirement for flexibility when it comes to working hours and days. This is a full-time role, but there will be times when you may be required to do additional hours, during the busier periods. What are we looking for in an On-site Consultant?
