PAYROLL SPECIALIST (part time 12 month FTC)

ROLE OVERVIEW

You will play a pivotal role in delivering accurate, timely payroll for our UK teams on a 12 month fixed term contract. Working part time with flexibility on the days you work, youll keep our people paid correctly and compliantly, while supporting cyclical payroll activities and change initiatives across the Odevo Group.

This is a hands on role where your attention to detail, service mindset and practical payroll know-how will shine. Youll join a friendly, supportive team and enjoy the autonomy to structure your week, with hybrid working from our Hemel Hempstead office and home.

ROLE EXPECTATIONS

Most days you will run end-to-end payroll cycles, reconcile data, resolve queries and ensure compliance with HMRC and statutory requirements. Youll collaborate closely with HR, Finance and managers, maintaining spotless records, improving processes and delivering a calm, reliable service to colleagues.

• Payrolls processed accurately and on time, every time, with zero avoidable errors.
