You do need to be eligible for DV Clearance.

What you will be doing:

• Create and maintain high‑quality design documentation (HLDs/LLDs).
• Ensure content is consistent with architectural standards, security principles, and governance requirements.
• Support design assurance and act as the go‑to expert for documentation queries.
• Develop templates, standards, and best‑practice guidance.
• Produce operational and service documentation for seamless transition into support.
• Coach engineers to improve documentation capability and consistency.

What You’ll Bring:

• Strong technical writing skills for both technical and operational audiences.
• Experience producing policies, processes, procedures, and templates.
• Ability to convert complex technical detail into clear, structured documentation.
• Hands‑on experience supporting HLD/LLD creation.
• Comfortable working within structured governance and assurance frameworks.
• Excellent organisation skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

It would be great if you had:

• Experience in PRINCE2, PMI or project‑delivery environments.
• Background in service delivery or customer‑facing roles.
• Technical qualification (e.g., Computer Science).
• Familiarity with MoD/JSP standards, Secure by Design, and NCSC guidance.
