We’re looking for a Build Engineer to join a high-performing Service Desk team supporting clients across the financial and regulated sectors. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in delivering new user setups, device builds, and seamless onboarding experiences across diverse environments.

• Building and configuring Windows devices using Microsoft Intune & Autopilot
• Provisioning users in Active Directory and Microsoft 365
• Ensuring compliance with asset management and operational processes
• Improving and automating build and deployment workflows
• Ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience for clients and end users

You’ll work with world‑class technologies, modern cloud platforms, and an outstanding technical team—ideal for anyone passionate about both tech and continuous improvement.

• Experience in an MSP or multi-client environment
• 3+ years in service desk, workstation deployment, or similar role
• Hands‑on expertise with Intune, Autopilot, AD, Entra /Azure AD
• Strong documentation habits and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A structured, process‑led approach to delivery
