Senior IT Support Engineer - West Hertfordshire

Salary: £32,000 - 38,000 per year

• 4+ years experience within the IT industry
• Proficient in PC hardware fault diagnosis and repair
• Competent in Windows 11
• Experience with Office suite
• Knowledge of printer repair
• Understanding of networking principles
• Experience with router and switch diagnosis
• Driving license required (applicants must be over 21 due to insurance restrictions)

• Provide on-site IT support to customers in the West Hertfordshire area
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
• Collaborate with team members and assist colleagues during the probation period
• Shadow experienced field engineers to build knowledge
• Communicate effectively with customers in a polite manner
• Support users in a Windows 11 and N365 environment
• Assist the helpdesk in-house as needed during training
