£35,000 - £40,000 + Private Medical + Dental Cover + Progression + Training + Company Benefits

The ideal candidate will be an IT Support Engineer that wants to join a growing team that is commutable to Hemel Hempstead.

The Role

70% supporting end users dealing with 1st and 2nd line tickets
Escalating issues to the Senior Engineer when required
30% project work - migrations, cyber security etc.
Microsoft 365 administration tasks

The Person

Experience with in 1st/2nd line role or similar

Experience with Azure AD and Entra

Experience with M365 services
Commutable to Hemel Hempstead
