An established and successful software provider is looking for an Application Support Consultant to join its growing Customer Success team. Supporting more than 2,500 businesses worldwide, the organisation develops ERP software covering accounting, stock management, CRM, e-commerce, business intelligence and supply chain management. or a degree or equivalent qualification in computer science, accounting or business Alternatively, strong financial acumen with knowledge of financial and management reporting A systematic and analytical approach to problem-solving A proactive, positive attitude and the ability to use initiative Excellent written and verbal communication skills A friendly and empathetic approach to customer support The ability to work independently and collaboratively Confidence working under pressure while maintaining a positive customer experience The ability to translate business requirements into clear technical information

Experience with any of the following would be advantageous, although training will be provided: SQL Server, MySQL, SQL scripting or SQL administration tools FTP/SFTP, SSL certificates, REST APIs, SOAP, SoapUI or Postman Excel and CSV files Third-party integrations, EDI, logistics or warehouse management systems CRM, e-commerce or business intelligence solutions
