Application Support Consultant

We are working with a leading ERP software provider whose tailored solutions support 2,500+ businesses worldwide. The company has built a collaborative, customer-focused culture and was recognised in the Deloitte Fast 50 for four consecutive years.

The Application Support Consultant will support customers using Accounting, Stock, CRM, E-Commerce, Business Intelligence and Supply Chain Management modules within the company's ERP software.

As part of the Customer Success Office, you'll troubleshoot technical and operational issues, identify solutions, and help customers maximise their ERP investment.

Candidates should have one or more of:

• Experience with Accounting, ERP or Business Management Software.
• A degree in Computer Science, Accounting or Business.
• Strong financial/management reporting knowledge.
• SQL Server, MySQL, SQL scripting and database administration.
• FTP/SFTP, SSL, REST/SOAP APIs, SoapUI, Postman, Excel and CSV.
• Third-party integrations, EDI, logistics, warehouse management, CRM, E-Commerce or BI.
• Day-to-day ERP/business software experience.
