Role: Transport Planner / Route Planner / Operations Assistant

Location: Hemel Hempstead

Salary: £30,000 - £33,000 + Benefits

We are recruiting an Operations Assistant / Transport Route Planner within a well-respected distributor of construction/building related products. Training will be provided on the company's systems and procedures.

• Assist the Operations Manager with daily duties and ensure Health & Safety and compliance are maintained.
• Be organized, communicate efficiently with colleagues, and maintain strong attention to detail.
• Support routing and transport planning activities as part of a collaborative, established team.
• Contribute to a positive working environment and support ongoing operational tasks as required.

• Some experience in operations, route planning or general logistics is preferred.
• Transport / logistics experience is helpful; full training will be provided on company systems.
• Knowledge of the specific products is not required initially.
• Good communication, organisation and attention to detail.
