School Duty Officer external s

We currently have an opportunity for a dynamic and flexible Duty Officer to support our external hirings in the evening and weekends. This is a zero hours contract and staff are only required when hirers are booked.

• Greet customers hiring JFK facilities, ensuring their let with JFK runs smoothly.
• Inform the Facilities Manager of any issues which may arise or have been resolved.
• Set up equipment as needed, including badminton nets, small exam tables and chairs.
• Check that the areas to be used are clean, tidy and fit for use.
• Set up chairs for assemblies.
• Litter pick the school site and sweep paths.
• Lock and alarm the buildings and site after use.

• Age 18 years+ and in good health.
• Proactive, hardworking, a team player but happy to work alone.

• Dynamic and flexible role supporting external hirings.
• Zero hours contract with flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
