We are looking for a reliable and proactive Caretaker / Handyman to join our team and help maintain a safe, clean, and well-presented site environment. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone with practical maintenance experience and a strong understanding of site upkeep and health & safety procedures.

• Carry out general caretaker and handyman duties
• Complete minor repairs and maintenance tasks across the site
• Change locks, handles, and door furniture when required
• Conduct weekly checks of fire call points and emergency systems
• Test AOV systems and smoke alarms in line with compliance procedures
• Ensure communal and external areas are clean, tidy, and safe
• Report maintenance issues and health & safety concerns promptly
• Assist with general site upkeep and preventative maintenance
• Follow all company health & safety policies and procedures
• Work independently and manage workload effectively

• Previous experience in a caretaker, maintenance, or handyman role
• Good practical skills and knowledge of basic building maintenance
• Ability to work independently and use initiative
• Reliable, punctual, and safety‑conscious
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Basic understanding of health & safety regulations preferred
