)

Pay every 2 weeks = £780 GROSS before Tax

• Emptying waste bins or similar receptacles, transporting waste material to designated collection points.
• Sweeping floors with brushes or dust control mops.
• Mopping floors with wet or damp mops.
• Vacuuming carpeted areas.
• Steaming hard floors.
• Dust, damp wipe or polish furniture, ledges, window sills, external surfaces of cupboards, radiators, shelves and fittings.
• Replenish/refill consumable items (soap, toilet rolls, paper towels).
• Clean fridge, microwave and coffee machines.
• Clean, wash and dry plates, cups and cutlery.
• Carry out any other ad hoc cleaning duties as directed by the Manager.
• Other works upon request.

• Must have a good grasp of the English language.
• Have a motorbike or car (not essential).
• Close to the postcode Hemel Hempstead (HP2 4ZB
  ).
• Have a workable smartphone with your own data plan.
• Be a team player that gets on with people.
• Have a DBS certificate.
• Eligible to work in the UK (work permit).
• Available to work immediately.
