Mobile Caretaker Are you practical, reliable, and passionate about keeping communities clean, safe, and well-maintained? Join Hightown Housing Association, a charitable organisation committed to building homes and supporting people across Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, and Berkshire.

• Regular visits to care, supported housing, and general needs sites
• Low-level maintenance tasks and repairs
• Grounds maintenance including grass cutting, strimming, and leaf blowing
• Waste collection and disposal from bin stores and communal areas
• PAT testing and emergency equipment checks
• Supporting estate improvements and working closely with our maintenance and housing teams
• Equipment stock checks
• Clean/unblock drains, gullies, sinks, toilets as necessary

• Experience in maintenance, caretaking, or grounds work
• Confidence in carrying out DIY-level repairs and using garden tools
• A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to excellent customer service and Hightown's values

• Experience with Housing Associations or Local Authorities
• Knowledge of health and safety requirements
• Experience in the collection and disposal of waste in a work environment
