We have an opportunity for an Estates Caretaker to work across residential social housing estates in High Wycombe, delivering a proactive and responsive cleaning and caretaking service.

Responsibilities:

Cleaning communal areas across residential properties to a high standard.
Vacuuming, wiping surfaces, removing rubbish, cleaning toilets, and restocking supplies.
Cleaning and sanitising bin rooms, ensuring bins remain accessible, and assisting refuse collection services when required.
Removing litter, leaves, dog fouling, and other waste from external areas.
Clearing gutters and gullies to prevent blockages and maintain site safety.
Sweeping hard surfaces and supporting snow clearance and gritting activities during winter months.
Cleaning lift interiors and keeping control panels and door runners free from dirt and debris.
Identifying and reporting requirements for deep cleans or specialist cleaning services.
Maintaining high standards of health and safety at all times.
Reporting tenancy-related issues, estate concerns, or property defects as appropriate.
Recording completed work accurately using the required technology and systems.
Ordering, handling, and storing cleaning products and equipment safely.
Maintaining cleanliness within bin stores and reporting any waste collection issues.
Responding to emergency situations when required.
Driving service vehicles safely and ensuring they are kept clean, roadworthy, and well maintained.
Providing basic advice and assistance to residents while on site.
Undertaking any other reasonable duties as required by the role.

Requirements:

Full UK Driving Licence (Manual)
