• Lead from the front – manage daily depot operations and make sure our services run smoothly and efficiently
• Empower your team – motivate, develop and support a team of drivers, creating a workplace that thrives on respect and inclusion

• A solid track record managing operational teams (bonus points for transport or logistics experience)
• Strong leadership with a passion for people and performance
• Skilled in managing budgets, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional service
• Experienced in working with Trade Unions and handling sensitive operational issues
• Eligible (or already qualified) as a Transport Manager (O-Licence) holder
