We are seeking a Framework Manager to provide strategic leadership, governance, and commercial oversight across our Thames Water MEICA portfolio. This is a high-profile role where you will work closely with senior client stakeholders and internal teams to ensure projects are commercially successful, contractually compliant, financially optimised, and delivered safely and efficiently.

As Framework Manager, you will lead a multi-disciplined team responsible for the operational, commercial, and contractual management of a diverse programme of MEICA projects. Acting as the senior commercial representative for the business, you will build and maintain strong relationships with Thames Water and key stakeholders, while driving continuous improvement, governance excellence, and commercial best practice across the framework.

Please note there is flexibility on contractual location being one of our other regional offices.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for a commercially astute leader with the confidence and credibility to manage complex frameworks, influence stakeholders at all levels, and drive successful project outcomes.

Experience
  • Extensive experience in commercial and contract management within infrastructure, utilities, water, or MEICA engineering environments.
  • Proven track record of managing multi-million-pound contracts, frameworks, or capital delivery programmes.
  • Experience administering NEC contracts and managing change control, compensation events, risk, and commercial performance.
  • Previous experience within the UK Water Industry and/or Thames Water AMP programmes is highly desirable.
Knowledge & Skills
  • Strong understanding of NEC contract principles and commercial governance.
  • Expertise in financial management, cost forecasting, cashflow reporting, valuations, and final accounts.
  • Excellent commercial negotiation, risk management, and contract administration skills.
  • Knowledge of MEICA engineering principles and project delivery processes.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders, clients, and supply chain partners.
Qualifications
  • Degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related discipline.
  • Full UK driving licence.

If you are a strategic commercial leader with a passion for driving performance, building trusted client relationships, and delivering successful outcomes, we'd love to hear from you.
