Healthy Homes Manager Salary: £60,144 per annum Full Time | 35 Hours per Week Enhanced DBS Required Lead the Future of Safe, Healthy Homes At Hightown Housing Association, we're committed to providing safe, well-maintained homes where our residents can thrive. As we continue to strengthen our compliance with Awaab's Law and invest in the quality of our housing stock, we're looking for an experienced and passionate Healthy Homes Manager to lead a specialist team focused on property standards, damp and mould management, stock condition surveying, and responsive remedial works.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key leadership role across our portfolio of over 9,000 homes, ensuring residents live in safe, healthy environments while driving compliance, service excellence, and continuous improvement. About the Role Reporting to the Head of Asset Management & Sustainability, you will lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for:
Damp and mould inspections and remediation programmes Delivering compliance with Awaab's Law requirements Managing an in-house multi-trades team undertaking reactive remedial works Overseeing Stock Condition Surveys and maintaining accurate asset data Monitoring housing quality against the Decent Homes Standard Supporting energy efficiency improvements across our housing stock Managing budgets, performance targets, and operational delivery You will provide strong leadership to a team of inspectors, coordinators, liaison officers, supervisors, and trade operatives, ensuring services are delivered efficiently, effectively, and with a strong customer focus.

What You Will Bring:
We're looking for a knowledgeable and experienced property professional with:
Strong understanding of building construction, surveying and building regulations Experience managing housing repairs, maintenance, and property compliance services Knowledge of Awaab's Law and Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS) Experience leading and developing high-performing teams Excellent project, stakeholder, and budget management skills Strong customer focus and commitment to service excellence Ability to analyse complex issues and develop practical solutions A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for business use are essential.
