Premier Recruitment Solutions are currently recruiting for a Supported Living Manager to oversee multiple supported living services across Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced care professional to take responsibility for several services, supporting individuals to live as independently as possible while ensuring high standards of care, compliance and service delivery.

The role will be split across Aylesbury (2 days per week) and Hemel Hempstead and Stevenage (3 days per week).

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day running of multiple supported living services, ensuring high standards of care and support.
  • Provide leadership, guidance and support to Service Managers and support teams across the services.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, safeguarding requirements and relevant legislation.
  • Monitor service quality through audits, reviews and regular visits to each location.
  • Support the development of person-centred care plans that promote independence, choice and dignity.
  • Manage staffing, recruitment, training, performance and workforce development across the services.
  • Work closely with families, local authorities, healthcare professionals and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor service performance and implement improvements where required.
  • Ensure incidents, safeguarding concerns and complaints are managed appropriately.
  • Promote a positive culture focused on quality, continuous improvement and the wellbeing of the people supported.
Requirements
  • Previous management experience within supported living, adult social care or a similar setting.
  • Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs or complex needs.
  • A good understanding of CQC regulations, safeguarding and quality assurance.
  • Experience overseeing multiple services or managing teams across different locations.
  • Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
  • A person-centred approach, with a commitment to promoting independence and choice.
  • A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care, or equivalent, is desirable.
