Supervisor, Management, Event Management & Planning

Supervisor - minimum 16 hours
About the role   Do you have the energy, ambition and passion to lead a team, create unforgettable guest experiences and make a real impact every day?
As a  Supervisor at Adventure Leisure , you'll be at the heart of our Hemel Hempstead venue, helping to bring the fun, energy and excitement to life for both our guests and our team. This is more than just a role on shift — it's an opportunity to  lead from the front, develop people and make a genuine difference  to how our venue performs.
Working closely with the General Manager and wider management team, you'll help drive outstanding standards across the venue, from delivering exceptional guest service and creating memorable experiences to supporting our food, beverage, retail and activity offerings. You'll be trusted to make decisions, take ownership and turn opportunities into action.
But great venues start with great people. You'll play a key role in  coaching, developing and motivating our team , helping people build confidence, recognise their strengths and reach their potential. You'll lead by example, bring energy to every shift and create an environment where people enjoy coming to work and are proud of what they achieve.
Whether you're an experienced Supervisor ready for your next challenge or a high-performing team member looking to take your first step into leadership, we want to hear from you.
If you're  ambitious, people-focused, commercially minded and ready to make your mark , this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.
Ready to step up, lead the team and help make Hemel Hempstead a venue guests can't wait to come back to? We'd love to hear from you.
