Systems Engineer

Bring clarity, structure, and excellence to complex technical documentation – ensuring our teams, partners, and end users have the guidance they need to succeed. This role is office based in Hemel Hempstead. You do need to be eligible for DV Clearance.
- Create and maintain high‑quality design documentation (HLDs/LLDs).
- Ensure content is consistent with architectural standards, security principles, and governance requirements.
- Support design assurance and act as the go‑to expert for documentation queries.
- Develop templates, standards, and best‑practice guidance.
- Produce operational and service documentation for seamless transition into support.
- Coach engineers to improve documentation capability and consistency.
- Strong technical writing skills for both technical and operational audiences.
- Experience producing policies, processes, procedures, and templates.
- Ability to convert complex technical detail into clear, structured documentation.
- Hands‑on experience supporting HLD/LLD creation.
- Comfortable working within structured governance and assurance frameworks.
- Excellent organisation skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Clearance: DV Cleared or eligible. Referral bonus: £1500.00.
