Salary: £17.00 - £22.50 per hour (dependent on experience)

Shift Pattern: Monday - Thursday, 4:00pm - 2:30am (4-day week)

Overtime: Available at enhanced rate

You will be joining a great team, working within a clean and organised environment, producing high‑precision parts and components. The nature of the work is small to medium batch with medium to high complexity.

• CNC Setting and operating CNC Turning machines (Fanuc controls) to tight aerospace tolerances
• Work with premium materials including Stainless Steel, Titanium, Inconel, Aluminium, and Nylon
• Interpret technical drawings and work to precise specifications
• Record job timings accurately in the ERP system
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organisation in your workspace (6S)
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

• Proven experience in CNC Turning, ideally within aerospace or other high‑precision sectors
• Skilled in setting and operating CNC machines with Fanuc controls
• Ability to interpret technical drawings accurately
• Experience working to tight tolerances on complex components
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team on a late shift
