FMC Limited seeks an Operational Excellence Coach to lead frontline transformations across a global manufacturing software platform. You will spend ~90% of your time on customer factory floors, coaching operators to adopt Lean and achieve measurable OEE gains.
This is a remote/field-based role across UK & Ireland with 42 weeks of travel per year. A strong track record in TPM/Lean and fluent English are essential for success.
