Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on-site, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. We are looking for general labourers in Hemel Hempstead.

Working times will be 05:30am start and normally finish thing worked past 8 hours in a day is paid time and a half. Will be arriving at site to bubble wrap parts and units and jumping into the lorry to help load off at any site given.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labour tasks including loading and unloading materials
• Assist in the setup and dismantling of equipment and structures
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time
• Operate basic hand tools and machinery as required
• Report any issues or concerns to the supervisor promptly
