Associate Channel Marketing Manager EMEA
We are seeking a results-driven associate to support the development and execution of channel marketing strategies across the EMEA region.
Responsibilities- Channel Marketing Strategy & Execution: support the execution of EMEA channel marketing plans aligned with regional revenue goals.
- Localize and activate global campaigns for EMEA markets.
- Assist in building joint marketing plans with key channel partners.
- Manage MDF (Market Development Funds) processes and reporting.
- Coordinate campaign execution including email, digital, webinars, and in‑person events.
- Partner Engagement & Enablement: collaborate with channel sales managers to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop partner‑facing toolkits and campaign‑in‑a‑box programs.
- Support onboarding and enablement initiatives for new partners.
- Ensure partners are equipped with messaging, assets, and demand‑generation tools.
- Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth: drive co‑marketing initiatives that generate qualified leads.
- Track campaign performance and optimize based on data insights.
- Monitor KPIs including pipeline contribution, ROI, partner engagement, and lead conversion.
- Cross‑Functional
Collaboration:
work closely with global marketing teams to align messaging and branding. - Coordinate with field marketing, digital marketing, and product marketing teams.
- Liaise with external vendors and agencies when required.
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B marketing, channel marketing, or partner marketing.
- Experience working across EMEA markets.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to track and interpret performance metrics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Preferred:
Experience in technology, SaaS, or enterprise solutions. - Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo).
- Understanding of partner ecosystems (VARs, distributors, system integrators).
- Experience managing MDF budgets.
- Collaborative and relationship‑driven.
- Detail‑oriented with strong execution focus.
- Commercially minded with a growth mindset.
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a matrixed organization.
- Proactive problem solver.
- Permanent Full Time (40 hours a week), Monday – Friday.
