Carlsberg Group's Robinsons brand is seeking a Brand Manager for Robinsons Dilutes in Hemel Hempstead on a 12-month FTC. You will drive brand growth by placing consumer insights at the heart of decisions, shaping ICPs across the GB Marketing team, and owning P&L and KPI delivery while collaborating with cross-functional partners.
You will manage partnerships, deliver NPD and activation programmes, and lead a matrix team to maximise ROI and spend effectiveness.
