Are you a passionate and experienced Practice Nurse looking to join a friendly and supportive GP surgery? We are currently seeking a dedicated nurse to join our team on a Permanent or Temporary basis and to start immediately.

As our Practice Nurse, you'll play a vital role in delivering high‑quality care to our patients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Immunisations and vaccinations (including travel vaccines)
• Cervical cytology (smears)
• Wound care and dressings
• Annual Asthma Reviews
• Blood Glucose Monitoring
• B12 Injection
• BP height & weight
• Blood Test
• Cervical Screening (smear)
• Childhood Immunisations
• Depo Injection
• Diabetic Review
• Flu Vaccination & General Injections
• Carers Health Checks
• NHS Health checks (HCA)
• Leg Ulcer Appointment
• Removal of Sutures/Clips
• Pneumococcal Injection
• Shingles Vaccination
• Spirometry & Reversibility
• Travel Assessment + vaccines
• Hep A Travel Booster
• Whooping Cough Vaccination
• Wound Care - Initial

NMC–registered Practice Nurse with recent primary care experience.

Confident in managing long‑term conditions and working independently.

Skilled in using clinical systems (e.g. EMIS Web or SYSTMONE – desirable but not essential).

Compassionate, organised, and a strong team player.
