Location: Kings Langley
An outdoor activity center in Kings Langley seeks a Team Lead to ensure customers have an exceptional experience. Responsibilities include managing daily activities, communicating with team members, and providing support during peak seasons. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, enjoy working outdoors with both adults and children, and hold qualifications in kayaking and/or ropes.
This role offers flexibility in hours, including weekends and evenings, and requires travel between several sites.
