As an Assistant Property Manager, you will oversee and manage a shared portfolio of residential properties, ensuring smooth operation, tenant satisfaction, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include maintenance, budgeting, and tenant/landlord relations.

• Property Management:
  Oversee day‑to‑day operations of multiple residential properties, ensuring efficient maintenance.
• Landlord & Tenant Relations:
  Maintain positive relationships and promptly address concerns.
• Contractor Management:
  Select and manage vendors, contractors, and service providers for efficient operations.
• Maintenance Coordination:
  Respond to maintenance issues, schedule regular repairs, and ensure timely, high‑quality work.
• Financial Management:
  Oversee rent collection, address late payments, prepare and manage property reports, and handle rent guarantees and claims.
• Compliance:
  Ensure all properties comply with statutory regulations.
• Renewals & Terminations:
  Manage renewals, terminations, final inspections, move‑out processes, and disputes.
