£30,000 - £33,000 basic OTE £55,000 + Sales Incentives

Hours:

40 per week (No late nights or Sundays)

Full training & Induction in kitchen design given. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced kitchen designer to join a market leading business with an incredible reputation as one of the best companies to work for!

• Build relationships with customers in the local area and share your passion for design to convert a busy lead bank into sales.
• Welcome customers into the branch and at their homes in a friendly and professional manner.
• Listen to customers’ needs and provide advice and product recommendations to design and measure their dream kitchen.
• Close the sale and manage the project through to completion, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout.

• Previous sales experience in a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom or furniture sales/design environment with a focus on delivering a memorable customer experience.
• Organised with excellent communication and time management skills; driven to succeed.
• Ability to work well in a team, bring initiative and creativity, and work effectively to targets to achieve sales.
