Fabulous opportunity at our Your Move Branch in Hemel Hempstead, as we are looking to recruit an Assistant Branch Manager/ Valuer on full time, permanent basis.

This branch is part of National Home Move who are a network of 63 Reeds Rains and Your Move franchise branches across England.

As an Assistant Branch Manager / Valuer working at Your Move, we are proud to offer

• Competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) circa £45,000 depending on experience.

• Generating and conducting Sale Valuation appointments
• Supporting the Branch Manager and assisting in the running of the branch and its team.
• Winning and securing new instructions on properties to sell
• Business Prospecting and proactive activity
• Extensive local market knowledge and networking
• Maximising branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance)
• Displaying excellent customer service at all times

You will have experience working in Estate Agency as either a Senior Negotiator looking for progression or Valuer looking for a bigger challenge and looking for the next step in your career but will have experience in conducting sales valuations. This is an excellent opportunity for a tenacious and driven individual looking to make a real stamp on the branch success story.

A full UK driving license is essential.
