Hours: 35 hours per week

Reports to: Sr. Director, Strategic Relationships

We’re looking for a driven and collaborative Account Manager to join our international Account Management team and support growth across EMEA for our global digital distribution partners. This role is focused on day‑to‑day account management, strong partner support, alongside the creation and execution of marketing initiatives. You will help manage key digital accounts, support the delivery of growth plans, regional expansion activities and assist with contract renewals and cross‑sell opportunities.

You will also work closely with local and global teams to ensure smooth execution, share insights, and help maintain strong partner relationships.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-moving digital environment, is highly organised, executes reliably, and builds trust with partners and colleagues through strong communication and follow‑through.

Responsibilities
  • Manage partner relationships throughout the customer lifecycle, acting as a key day‑to‑day contact and ensuring partner needs are communicated clearly to internal cross‑functional teams. Helping partners achieve their objectives through excellent service, timely execution, and consistent follow‑through.
  • Execute marketing campaigns and sales‑driving initiatives for partners, including campaign coordination, performance tracking, and post‑campaign reporting to support future investment opportunities.
  • Support the development and delivery of account plans for assigned partners to help drive product adoption, campaign success, and overall account growth.
  • Assist with the renewal process for assigned accounts, including preparing quotes, coordinating internal inputs, and helping to support revenue retention goals.
  • Coordinate partner onboarding in collaboration with product, legal, operations, and global teams, helping to ensure smooth launches and clear communication on progress and next steps.
Qualifications
  • Experienced in Account Management, possess a strong ability to manage clients and stakeholders alike
  • Campaign management and data analysis experience
  • Impressive communication (written and verbal) and negotiation skills
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail, including ability resolve problems
  • Experience in presenting and hosting client meetings
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen
  • Highly self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and prioritise needs
  • Thrives under pressure, whilst managing internal and external stakeholders
  • Passionate about self‑development. Identify learning opportunities and proactively develop professionally and personally
  • Customer service orientated
