Gilmartins is looking to recruit experienced Plumber Multi Traders with additional trades such as basic electrics, lock changing/replacing, window repairs, and boarding up. The ideal candidate will have experience in social housing.

Shift work between 6pm and 4am
, Monday to Sunday on a rota basis. The role requires work and travel across North London and the Home Counties
. We prefer candidates local to these areas.

• Carry out property repairs and maintenance works for social housing.
• Work to the Scope of Works on a PDA for each job.

• Full driving licence.
• Own tools.
• Time served or qualifications.
• Experience of working in social housing.
• DBS certificate (no more than 3 years old).
• CSCS card, as required by recent legislation following the Grenfell Inquiry.
