Location: DENS Hostel in Hemel Hempstead, Dacorum
Salary:
£21,044.40 per annum, £13.49 per hour
Hours:
Two week rota – Average 30 hours
Reports to:
Hostel Accommodation Lead

About the role

Responsible for designated duties at The Elms hostel i.e. activities and associated administrative tasks. To take responsibility for other areas when necessary. To maintain a professional relationship with residents and assist them with their day-to-day needs. To create a culture of partnership with the Hostel Key Workers through mutual respect, collaboration and understanding of each other’s role and responsibilities.

You will be working effectively and flexibly as part of a busy team. This list of tasks and responsibilities is not exhaustive, and the Post Holder may be required to undertake other duties as required by the Hostel Accommodation Lead.
