Full Time About the Role We are currently recruiting for an experienced Support Worker to join a busy and supportive hostel service at Snow Hill Court in Central London.

This is an excellent opportunity to work within a modern 14-room hostel supporting individuals with medium to high support needs. The service provides short-term accommodation, with residents typically staying for up to 28 days before moving on to more suitable accommodation and support services.

Working as part of a strong multidisciplinary team, you will play a key role in supporting residents, promoting independence, and helping clients engage with relevant services to achieve positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality support to residents with a range of support needs. Build positive and professional relationships with clients. Complete support plans, risk assessments and case notes. Support residents to access housing, health, welfare and community services. Assist clients with appointments, referrals and move-on plans. Maintain accurate records and update client information using internal systems. Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a safe and supportive environment.

Respond effectively to incidents and safeguarding concerns. Promote client wellbeing, independence and positive outcomes. Shift: 7:30am - 3:30pm Late

Shift: 2:30pm - 10:30pm Requirements Previous experience working within homelessness, hostels, supported housing, outreach, housing support or similar settings. Strong IT and administration skills. Ability to work proactively and use initiative. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience supporting vulnerable adults with complex needs. Ability to work effectively within a team and in a fast-paced environment.
