Hertfordshire County Council is seeking an Information and Advice Officer to work with the 0-25 Disability Service, supporting families and young people up to 25 with information and signposting to services. The post is part-time (18.5 hours) on a permanent contract, based countywide with options for Stevenage or Hemel Hempstead, within Children’s Services.
