Warehouse Operative

We’re growing our warehouse team in Hemel and looking for hardworking Warehouse Operatives to support our busy M&S operation.

This is a hands‑on role in a fast‑paced chilled warehouse environment where you’ll play an important part in keeping products moving safely and efficiently through the supply chain.

• 40 hours per week
• Any 5 days from 7 on a 3‑week rolling rota
• £13.13 per hour, increasing to £14.25 after 6 months

• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Picking and scanning stock using voice technology
• Moving goods through the warehouse from intake to dispatch
• Working safely and efficiently in a chilled warehouse environment
• Following health & safety procedures at all times
• Maintaining accuracy and productivity standards
• Working as part of a busy warehouse team

Full PPE is provided.

Previous warehouse experience, ideally within a fast‑paced or chilled environment.
