OverviewMcCrometer is a Veralto company and global leader in flow instrumentation. This role reports to the President and serves as the strategic Sr. HR Director to McCrometer's leadership team, driving talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement initiatives that support our mission of delivering world-class flow measurement solutions. This role will champion the Veralto Enterprise System while building a highly motivated, productive workforce that drives McCrometer's growth and innovation.
Location:
Hemet, CA; hybrid work arrangement.
- Partner with management teams globally to implement strategic goals and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead talent development and succession planning for key roles across the organization.
- Drive core HR processes including performance management, associate surveys, and recruiting.
- Manage associate relations, including problem-solving, counseling, and coaching.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and implement HR policies across global sites.
- Champion the Veralto Enterprise System (VES) culture of continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 12 years of progressive HR experience with global responsibilities.
- Proven track record leading HR in a manufacturing or technical environment.
- Strategic expertise in HR compliance, compensation, and talent management: associate development, succession planning, organizational development, and executive coaching.
- Strong process leadership with experience implementing initiatives across multiple sites.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence at all organizational levels.
- Bilingual Spanish-speaking skills are a plus.
The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. The compensation range for this role is $ - $ USD per year. This job is eligible for Bonus Pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k) to eligible employees.
