Operations Manager, General Management
HYUNDAI GENERAL MANAGER – HIGH VOLUME / SINGLE POINT This is not a turnaround.
This is not a trainee role.
This is not for paper-pushing “operators.”
This is for a proven, high-octane Hyundai General Manager who has already run volume, built killers, and printed net in a single-point market.
The Store (Current Reality)

Build a self-driving, accountable leadership team
Dominate the market without gimmicks or BS
If you’ve never done this before — don’t apply.
A real GM, not a desk manager with a title
History of high-volume Hyundai performance in a single-point store
- Sell cars at scale
- Recruit, train, and retain A-players
- Drive process without killing speed
- Own the variable AND fixed ops relationship
- Hold people accountable without babysitting
- You hate excuses, excuses hate you
- You don’t need permission to lead
- “Up-and-coming” managers
- Career middle managers
- GM’s who blame OEMs, markets, or ad agencies
- Anyone afraid of numbers, transparency, or accountability
This is not a traditional GM pay plan.
$15,000 monthly base
15% of net profit when goals are met
No caps
You win when the store wins — period
If you need guarantees instead of upside, this isn’t your seat.
Ownership that understands operations
Clear targets
No politics
No legacy dead weight
Freedom to build it right and run it hard
Bottom Line
If you’re an absolute animal who knows how to drive volume, build culture, and deliver real net, this will be one of the most lucrative and satisfying GM roles you’ll ever have.
