We are recruiting a true Fixed Ops Director to take full command of Service, Parts, Warranty, CSI, Retention, and Gross across three franchise dealerships. This is not a figurehead role. This is total accountability.
This position is for someone who:
- Has already built elite Fixed Ops departments
- Understands that gross, efficiency, and throughput matter more than excuses
- Knows how to hold managers accountable without drama
- Can walk into underperforming departments and fix them fast
You will have direct authority over:
- Service Directors / Service Managers
- Parts Directors / Parts Managers
- Warranty administration
- Menu pricing & sales effectiveness
- Technician productivity, efficiency, and retention
- Advisor pay plans, performance, and discipline
- CSI without sacrificing gross
- Loaner strategy & expense control
- Fixed Ops absorption (real absorption, not accounting tricks)

NON-NEGOTIABLE PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONSYou will be expected to consistently deliver:
- Top-tier ELR (no discount culture)
- Advisor sales effectiveness north of industry averages
- Technician efficiency that actually pays techs and the store
- Strong warranty recovery without bleeding goodwill
- High retention without giving work away
- Clean, disciplined processes that scale across rooftops
If you rely on vendors, excuses, or “the market,” you won’t last.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FORYou are:
- A proven Fixed Ops leader with multi-store experience
- Comfortable making hard calls and removing underperformers
- Highly fluent in KPI-driven management
- Strong in culture, accountability, and execution
- Technically sharp (DMS, reporting, pay plans, workflow, capacity modeling)
You are not:
- A career meeting-attender
- Someone who hides behind CSI surveys
- Someone who blames OEMs, weather, or staffing for poor performance
- Aggressive compensation plan tied directly to performance
- Serious upside for the right operator
- Long-term growth opportunity with an ownership group that actually invests in Fixed Ops
If you perform, you will be paid accordingly. If you don’t, this will be short-lived.

You will be measured weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
