Job Summary: Cooks are responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of items such as batter (chicken and seafood), fries, sandwiches, biscuits, and other fried products, while ensuring timely product preparation and maintaining cleanliness and quality standards in a fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities- Batter (chicken and seafood), fries and monitor holding times of chicken, seafood, fries, and any other fried products. Turns and pulls product past holding time.
- Stock sandwich area, prepare and package sandwiches.
- Bake and dress biscuits.
- Heat inserts of prepared products for the front line.
- Assist in filling and packaging orders.
- Monitor and correct cleanliness of the restaurant.
Cooks are responsible for exhibiting a friendly, enthusiastic attitude while performing job assignments, showing a caring attitude for guests and fellow crew members, and maintaining the company’s operational quality and cleanliness standards. A qualified candidate should possess the ability to learn in a fast‑paced environment, project a professional appearance and a positive attitude at all times in the restaurant.
