Auto Zone’s store teams deliver WOW! customer service by helping customers find the right parts and solutions. As a Delivery Driver, you’ll build on that commitment to customer excellence and help keep store operations running smoothly.

• Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear automotive advice and offering installation assistance.
• Collaborate closely with store personnel and commercial accounts to ensure smooth teamwork and strong customer relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations, meeting time and accuracy goals while following company policies.
• Drive company‑provided vehicles safely and timely, loading and unloading parts per route schedules.
• Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or external vendors.
• Adhere to PPE and fleet safety guidelines to maintain a safe driving environment.
• Process customer payments securely in accordance with company policies.
• Stay updated on promotions and automotive products, maintain delivery vehicles, and report any issues promptly.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Valid driver’s license and adherence to Auto Zone’s driver safety requirements.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts.
• Physical ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.

You’ll Go the Extra Mile If You Have

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Strong communication skills in both Spanish and English.
• Prior experience in automotive retail.
• Hazmat endorsement (preferred).
