Who this role would suit

You’ll be an experienced Event Producer who enjoys taking ownership from initial concept through to final delivery. You’re comfortable bringing together clients, venues, suppliers and internal teams, and you know how to keep complex projects moving while protecting quality, budget and deadlines.

Role Description

As an Event Producer, you will manage the end-to-end production of corporate and brand events across live, virtual and hybrid formats. You’ll develop event concepts and run‑of‑show documents, coordinate logistics, manage venues and production partners, and keep projects on track against agreed timelines and budgets. Working closely with internal creative, account and technical teams, as well as client stakeholders, you’ll supervise delivery on site, troubleshoot issues and help to turn objectives into smooth, engaging experiences.

  • Event production:
    Lead the production of live, virtual and hybrid corporate and brand events from concept through to completion.
  • Project planning:
    Build and maintain project plans, production schedules, run‑of‑show documents and key milestones.
  • Logistics:
    Coordinate venues, travel, equipment, staffing and other operational requirements for each event.
  • Budget management:
    Scope projects, manage agreed budgets, track costs and support timely financial reporting.
  • Supplier management:
