Payoneer Inc. is seeking a hands-on Treasury Operations Director to build and own the bank's treasury flows end-to-end in New York.
You will lead liquidity management, funding, settlement operations, and oversee stablecoin reserves while ensuring compliance with governance and regulatory requirements. You will forecast cash flows, develop stress testing, and partner with Product, Engineering, Risk, Compliance and Finance teams to support new initiatives.
