Your impact

Commissioning leadership:
Bring newly installed chiller plants online, validate operation, and optimize configurations.

Rapid diagnosis:
Isolate electrical faults, identify refrigerant leaks, and correct airflow and balance issues.

Controls assurance:
Confirm control logic and safety devices perform exactly as intended.

Issue resolution:
Collaborate with project managers and installation teams to close out post‑install punch lists quickly.

Documentation discipline:
Capture test data, components used, and all system adjustments after every visit.

Client partnership:
Explain performance findings, recommend upgrades, and outline service priorities.

Safety first:
Follow applicable codes, safety standards, and company procedures on every job.

Continuous growth:
Engage in ongoing training on HVAC tech, diagnostic tools, and energy‑efficiency strategies.

What you bring4+ years of independent commercial HVAC field experience centered on chiller systems (Journeyman).2+ years dedicated to chiller start-up/commissioning.

Expertise interpreting wiring schematics and controls.

Hands‑on knowledge of commercial heating and cooling, water‑source heat pumps, and packaged rooftop systems.

Ability to self‑manage nationwide travel and arrange your own logistics.

Advanced mastery of the refrigeration cycle.

EPA certification.

Valid driver’s license with a clean record.

Work style
