Mid Level Automotive Technician - Henderson, KY

• Gain hands-on experience in a Goodyear Auto Service center, diagnosing mechanical issues and delivering outstanding service.
• Perform line technician services, routine inspections/maintenance, system diagnostics, brake repairs, fluid exchanges/flushes, wheel alignments, tire installation, and related tasks as assigned.
• Document all work performed on repair orders and report safety issues to management.
• Provide excellent guest service with clear communication and guidance to junior technicians; mentor where applicable.
• Maintain adherence to Company policy on vehicle care and operation; promote teamwork to deliver timely and accurate guest care.
• Perform a variety of manual tasks for extended periods, including lifting tires and wheels, standing, bending, and squatting.

• Minimum 1 year of automotive experience including brake repairs, fluid flushes, and preventative maintenance.
• Valid driver s license and be at least 18 years of age.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience diagnosing vehicles and performing road tests; experience with electrical, air conditioning, and primary and advanced fuel ignition.
